RAINDATE REQUIREMENT IN 2010
Because our event cannot occur on the Fourth of July, in the event of a weather postponement, the rain date would be Monday, July 5th. Please let us know when you sign up if you are available to come back on Monday July 5th.

In the event of a raindate postponement to Monday, July 5th, our Cleanup date would be Tuesday, July 6th. We appreciate your flexibility this year.

To volunteer click here and provide your name, age (if under 21), the area and shift you would like to volunteer for, your availability on the rain date (Monday, July 5th), other volunteer experience, along with any questions.

Please note that we have extended hours in the Greatest Hits Stage for the second shift beer tents. Beer sales will cease for the fireworks shortly before 9:30PM, and resume from 10-11:30PM. Volunteers signing up for the 5-9:30PM shift in the Greatest Hits Stage beer and food tents are asked to stay in the area during the fireworks and return to your post at 10pm. Please let us know if you can work the extended shift, or if you need to leave at 9:30 PM.
